1994 Honda Accord continues to be car thief's favorite car in the U.S. in 2009, according to new statistics by the National Insurance Agency the United States announced.

Compared with the list 10 models most stolen in 2008, there were seven old cars and only three new faces are 1994 Chevrolet Pickup, 2002 Ford Explorer and 2009 Toyota Corolla.

According to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the status of car theft in the U.S. has fallen to its lowest level in 20 years. After successfully stealing a car, criminals tend to disassemble parts for sale. Thus, the percentage of vehicles are found and returned to owner after theft also have tended to decrease, means that if you lost a car, would be difficult to find car again.
