Unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show in March , the Continental Supersports convertible is equipped by a 6-liter twin-supercharged W12 engine with 630 hp and 800 Nm of torque. This strength was transmitted to four wheels via a ZF 6HP26 semi-automatic gearbox with Quick Shift system, help reduced to 50% of time shift.
Like the coupe, the car can run on petrol or biofuels or combination of both. The Continental Supersports convertible accelerates from 0-100 km/h in 3.9 seconds and reached a top speed of 325 km/h.
The standard equipment of the Convertible include improved electronic balance system, a carbon ceramic brakes, front sports seats and 20-inch alloy wheels.
Launched late this fall, the Supersports unveiled after a year presence on the market of the coupe ($267,000). The Coupe is the fastest, most powerful of Bentley.
